Engaged!
I mentioned in several posts that my boyfriend George and I have been searching for an estate engagement ring. What I didn’t mention was that one chilly Sunday, we found the perfect ring! George surprised me last weekend while we visited his house in Pennsylvania with a pretty little velvet box with my dream ring.
The ring is from the 1940s, platinum and brilliant cut in a fishtail setting. It couldn’t be any prettier. It catches every piece of light and I find myself lost in the sparkle.
George and I couldn’t be happier to start our lives together. Hopefully my 14 years of event planning experience will make the process painless and we can enjoy the journey!
