Health & Wellness
If your child isn’t feeling well, we ask that you take a rest day and join us another time. We’re always happy to help reschedule so everyone can enjoy the space comfortably.
Shoes & Socks
To keep the play space clean and safe, shoes aren’t permitted inside. All children and adults wear socks during play, and we recommend grippy socks for little ones. Socks will be available for purchase if you forget to bring a pair.
Food & Drinks
For everyday visits, outside food and drinks aren’t permitted, with the exception of sippy cups and infant formula. Little Maison is a peanut-free facility, and our cafe offerings are available to enjoy during your visit. We encourage all food and drinks to be enjoyed outside of the play areas to help keep the space clean and comfortable for everyone.
For private events, outside food and drinks are welcome, and our team is happy to help coordinate delivery.
Supervision
Children play under the supervision of their caregivers at all times. Our team is on hand to support the experience, but we don’t offer drop-off or childcare services.
Parties & Celebrations
We have a strict no parties/celebrations outside of our private events rule. Open play sessions are not designed for birthday parties or gatherings. Please visit our Private Events page or speak with a member of our team to book a separate event for birthday and other celebrations.
waivers
All guests entering the play space must have a signed waiver on file. Minors require a parent or legal guardian signature. Waivers can be completed in advance to make arrival smooth and easy.

Yes, we require reservations to be made before arrival. Walk-ins are welcome when the space allows and will reserve you the next available session.

All bookings are non refundable after xyz….If your child is feeling unwell, we are happy to help reschedule your visit so everyone can play safely and comfortably.

Our playspace is designed for children up to 6 years of age. Babies 9 months and younger must use crawler area. Older siblings are welcome in the cafe area. We just ask please just keep bigger kids off the play structures so the little ones can play safely.

Everyone, including adults, must wear socks in the play space for hygiene reasons. No shoes are allowed. If forgotten, we have a selection of socks available for purchase.

Children must be accompanied by a responsible adult who remains with them at all times. We create and maintain the environment, while supervision and care remain with the accompanying adult. Little Maison does not offer drop-off or childcare services.
